just a disappointment

for a week forecasters have been alerting us of a winter storm.  initial snow totals were to be 6-10 inches.  as the weekend drew nearer the arrival of the storm was pushed back and the snow totals were lessened.  ...with measly snow falling from the sky the kids were gifted a 2 hour delay and well, I can still grass poking through.  Epic fail in the winter storm category!   saddened am I.

Today is sure to be busy...i'm assisting with the cheer clinic, kat has an orchestra concert, and matt has a bb game at peru.  good news is andy is home this week so we will have to divide and conquer. 


returning to my love of snow, you must know that 1978 spoiled me.  i've such fond memories of the blizzard of '78 and have had a love love love of the white stuff ever since. 

tis the season for crazy busy stuff...but it's a season i love and am blessed to celebrate.
