Today will surely be a full day. My heart is heavy and prayers are with the Peacock family as they lay to rest Beth Peacock. She is mom to two wonderful girls whom I've been lucky to get to know, have in my life and call "friends". Both are very strong, beautiful faithful women who are too young to lay to rest their mom. Not to mention their father who has not only lost his wife but earlier in the month buried his father. My prayers are with them all, may they weather this storm finding comfort in God. He does have a plan.
Tomorrow we will leave for Tennessee for the weekend. No school on Monday! Kate & I will be attending the STIR conference - a youth leadership conference. Our youth group is going and the leaders however we will be driving down separately because Kate will be cheering for the jr. high grant 4 games Saturday morning. Hopefully Andy & Matt can enjoy their time and find something fun to do. Glad Matt is feeling better! Last night was not a good one. Although on the bright side he scored the 1st points for his BB team...however they lost.
Killer headache today had me down for about 3 hours! It's mildly lingering (ugh) hope it just goes away...perhaps with more excederine.
Today was foggy & dreary. Warm enough that the snow is melting :( Now were being left with all the gunk I dislike...MUD!
Well, my head hurts so I'm gonna call it a day. Until tomorrow from Tennessee...
